Consumers have the following right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — insightformer UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Liebigstr. 36, 01187 Dresden, Germany, phone +49 15678 363731, email info@insightformer.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early end of the right of withdrawal

For AI credits (digital content not supplied on a physical medium), the right of withdrawal ends early once we have started performing the contract, if you have expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends, have confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and we have sent you a confirmation of the contract. We ask for this consent before every purchase; the credits are provided immediately after payment.
